Today I found this wonderful article in my LinkedIn feed.

It is so interesting to learn how you helm the ship carrying 130,000 people. Take a moment to let that sink in. 130,000 people. Like you. Like me. Inspired, irritated, elated, demotivated by that many different things. Imagine the level at which you go to understand what could be hurting this collective and what could make it better.

That is where a leader like Satya Nadella comes in (Satya has been the CEO of Microsoft since 2014). And does what only leaders of his calibre can.

What a wonderful read to conclude a Wednesday workday!
